Once you start using your home as a vacation rental, it’s important that you read any and all reviews that people leave for your property. 

While bad reviews aren’t always a bad thing if you use their suggestions to help you better your rental property, you do want to address any bad reviews and thank people for leaving positive reviews. This can help you to build up your client base as well as help people to see you as a responsive property owner and someone that they’ll want to work with.
